摘要
研究了α 苯基邻硝基苄类光致保护基的合成方法和酯化方法,探讨了其光解性质并同α 甲基邻硝基苄类保护基的光解性质进行了比较,为实现多波长正交光致脱保护的研究寻求技术上的支持。
Photolysis and esterification of α-phenyl O-nitrobenzyl photolabile Group was discussed in the paper.The results of comparative studies shows that it is difficult to reach the orthogonal multiwaelength photolysis with α-phenyl O-nitrobenzyl photolabile Group and α-methyl O-nitrobenzyl photolabile group.But α-phenyl O-nitrobenzyl photolabile group is an effective photolabile group.
