Intensity-based Fast Response PSP Technique and Its Applications

摘要 随着空气动力学的迅猛发展,气动部件的结构及流场越发复杂,流场非定常性产生的影响不可避免,迫切需要对流动的非定常效应进行深入认识。自20世纪90年代起,有关光学压敏涂料(PSP)的动态测压技术成为了实验空气动力学与高分子化学等领域的热点研究方向。经过近20年的发展,快速响应PSP的动态测量技术已有了突破性进步。本文从基于光强的快速响应压敏涂料、动态测量设备、PSP动态测量方法及国外已开展的一些实验研究等方面出发,系统论述了近20年来基于光强的快速响应PSP动态测量技术的发展与应用。研究结果表明,快速响应PSP动态测量技术在非定常流场测量应用中有着巨大潜力,可成为深入认识航空领域复杂动态流场的有效技术手段。 The unsteady effect of a flow field is inevitable for modern aerodynamics and it has a comprehensive influence on aerodynamic performance. Intensity-based pressure sensitive paint(PSP)dynamic measuring technique has been the re- search focus in the fields of experimental aerodynamics, high polymer chemistry and so on since the 1990s. Up to now, there are a number of fruitful achievements on the PSP technique. In the present work, both the development and application of the fast response PSP technique are introduced, including the fast response PSP, measurement of PSP response time, dynamic measurement method and its application. The successful experiments suggest that the fast response PSP technique has a great potential in the unsteady flow field measurement.
