五孔探针探头形状对其性能影响的试验研究

Experimental study on the influence of the shape of five-hole probe on its performance

摘要 为了解航空发动机和燃气轮机内的流场特征,从而有针对性地开展优化设计以提高其性能,需要对航空发动机和燃气轮机的流场进行准确测量。五孔探针是一种应用较为广泛的流场测量手段,能够较为准确地获得所测流场的总压、静压、速度大小和方向等流场参数。五孔探针性能优劣直接影响测量结果的准确性,而五孔探针的性能又直接与五孔探针的探头形状相关。采用试验研究方法对五孔探针探头形状对其性能的影响进行详细分析,结果显示:半球形探头在亚音速条件下无论是方向校准系数还是压力校准系数,均较锥形探头的校准系数分布均匀;采用半球形探头的五孔探针测量流场时的测量结果更为准确。 In order to understand the characteristics of the flow field in aero-engines and gas turbines, so as to carry out targeted optimization designs to improve their performance, it is necessary to accurately measure the flow fields of aero-engines and gas turbines. Five-hole probe is a widely used flow field measurement method, which can accurately obtain the flow field parameters such as total pressure, static pressure, velocity size and direction. The performance of the five-hole probe directly affects the accuracy of the measurement results, and the performance of the five-hole probe is directly related to the shape of the probe. In this paper, the influence of the shape of five-hole probe on its performance was analyzed in detail by experimental method. The results show that the spherical probe has a more uniform distribution in both direction and pressure calibration coefficients than that of the conical probe, and the five-hole probe with hemispherical probe can measure the flow field more accurately.
