摘要
目的:通过对风险识别技术的综合评价得出风险识别技术在卫生行业的适用性排名,为医院准确识别医疗风险源、降低医疗伤害、保障患者安全提供一定支持。方法:采用文献法和专家咨询法筛选确定24种风险识别技术,编制德尔菲咨询表,采用德尔菲法对医疗风险识别技术的重要性、可行性和有效性进行综合评价。结果:经过两轮德尔菲咨询,专家意见趋于一致,综合得分前五位的风险识别技术分别为:案例分析法、经验判断法、专家调查法、根本原因分析、流程图。结论:筛选得到的五种风险识别技术对医院系统开展医疗风险管理工作具有一定借鉴意义。
Objectives： Through general evaluation of risk identification tools to get rank of applicability in healthcare to give some support on identifying medical risks, reducing medical harm and protecting patient safety. Methods：With a systematically review and expert consultation, 24 tools were selected. Delphi method was used to evaluate each tool in three dimensions：importance, feasibility and effectiveness. Results：The coordination of experts comes convergence after two rounds Delphi consultation. The top five tools are Case Analysis, Experience-based Judgment, Expert Investigation,Root Cause Analysis,Flow-Chart Method. Conclusions：The five identification tools could give some references on the hospital risk management.
