摘要
结合华北油田实际，论述了进行钻井风险分析的必要性，提出了以钻井仿真分析为基础的钻井风险分析与成本控制方法，具有较强的实用性。
Combining the practices in HuabeiOilfield, the neccessity of the analysis for drillingrisk are discussed, drilling risk analysis and cost design methods based on drilling simulation analysisare also put forward, which are of stronger reliability.
