Experimental Study of High-alkali Coal on Combustion Characteristic

摘要 近年来,高碱煤的燃烧特性得到了许多学者的广泛关注。利用高温钼丝电热炉和摄像系统对一种高碱准东煤在不同气氛下的燃烧特性作了试验研究。试验结果表明:准东煤高碱含量、高挥发分、低灰分等特性使其具有极易燃烧、燃烧过程剧烈,极易燃尽等突出的特点。在空气条件下.燃烧速率较快,尤其在800-1000℃的温度区间内,其平均体积变化率如800℃前高出70.8%;氧气条件下,准东煤挥发分析出最早,着火点在298℃附近,燃烧过程剧烈并伴有明亮的火光。 The properties of combustion and ignition of high-alkali coal caused more and more attentions in recent years. They were studied using a hot stage microscope attaching a camera. The results indicate that Zhundong coal is extremely easy to burn and to burn out Under the condition of air, the combustion speed of Zhundong coal is a bit higher, especially between 800℃ and 1000℃, its average volume change is 70.8% than that before 800℃. On the other hand, under the condition of oxygen, the temperature of catching fire of Zhundong coal is the lowest, which is about 298℃, what's more, the process of combustion is very fierce with bright flame.
