摘要
现今电站锅炉的燃料主要是煤,每个机组都有其设计煤种,煤质的变化给机组安全、经济的运行带来了挑战。分析了煤质特性的变化对锅炉运行各环节的影响,包括热值、粒度、水分、灰分、挥发分等特性参数的变化对机组运行的安全性、成本和排放等带来的影响,并给出了相应的解决对策及参考方案。
The dominating fuel of the station boiler is coal nowadays and every power station has its own design conditions.The economical and safe operation of the station is challenged by the variation of the coal quality.The influence of some coal property changes containing these of thermal value , particle size , moisture content , ash and fugitive constituent on each operating links such as safety , discharge amount and costs will be analyzed.And some corresponding countermeasures will be provided.
