摘要
自熊彼特提出创新的概念以来,人们对创新的研究不断升温。组织创新自上世纪90年代开始引起学者的关注,目前仍是管理学研究中的重点。从个体、组织和环境层面系统地回顾组织创新驱动因素,认为未来组织创新研究应该致力于构建一个综合视角下的统一研究框架,突破单一创新的局限,充分考虑组织类型的调节作用和研究情境的丰富化。
Since Schumpeter has put forward the concept of innovation, the research of innovation continues to heat up. Organizational innovation, which has begun to attract the attention of scholars since 1990s, is still the focus in Manage- ment Studies. This paper reviews antecedents of organizational innovation from individual, organizational and environmen- tal level systematically. It suggests that the future research in organizational innovation should commit to build an integrat- ed perspective under an unified framework, break through the limitations of a single innovation, and give full considera- tion into the moderation of type of organization and enrichment of research contexts.
