摘要
以534名中国企业员工为样本分析结果表明,变革型领导行为与员工创造性正相关:内在动机和创造性工作氛围均对变革型领导行为与员工创造性之间的关系具有部分中介作用,作为中介变量的内在动机和创造性工作氛围之间具有正向的互动作用。由于增加了一条中介途径,使得分析模型对员工创造性变差的解释量由63.9%增加到68.5%。随后,对研究结果进行了讨论,并指出了研究的局限性。
Using a sample of 534 employees from 10 Chinese companies, we found that (1) transformational leader behavior impact employee creativity positively; (2) intrinsic motivation partially mediated the contribution of transformational leader behavior to creativity; (3) workplace climate for creativity partially mediated the contribution of transformational leader behavior to creativity; (4) based on our research framework, the intrinsic motivation and the workplace climate for creativity influence each other positively Because of the incremental mediation of workplace climate for creativity, the research model explained the variance in creativity from 63.9 to 68.5 percent. Then, the implications of these results are discussed .
