摘要
对一种蜂窝结构柔性蒙皮进行了研究,基于Y模型分析了蜂窝结构拉伸变形力学特性。通过MSC.Patran/Nastran有限元仿真获得拉伸变形时蜂窝胞壁应力及应变分布。制备了层合板复合材料蜂窝结构蒙皮试件,进行了拉伸实验。结果表明:蒙皮试件倾斜胞壁靠近三个胞壁粘接处最先受到破坏,脱层位置与仿真结论一致,验证了所建立仿真模型的有效性。
The tensile deformation character of honeycomb flexible skin was analyzed by the Y model. The strain and the stress analysis of the honeycomb cell wall was studied by using MSC. Patran/Nastran. The laminate composite honeycomb skin was prepared for tensile test, the result shows: the tilted cell wall, which was near the junction of other three cell walls, was damaged firstly. The locations of delaminating agree with the results of simu- lation and proved the validity of the model.
