摘要
目的观察注射用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合奥硝唑治疗妇科感染的疗效,监测联合用药的不良反应,指导临床合理治疗。方法选取本院妇科感染患者354例,其中153例为试验组,201例为对照组,试验组采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合奥硝唑治疗,中度感染头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠1.5 g/次,而重度感染3.0 g/次,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500 ml静脉滴注,每日3次;奥硝唑0.2 g静脉滴注1次/d,均以3 d^14 d为一疗程。而对照组只采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗。结果试验组总有效率(89.29%,139/174)明显高于对照组(76.37%,151/202),而试验组的整体细菌清除率(88.24%)明显高于对照组(79.77%)。且试验组对铜绿假单胞菌、奇异变形杆菌及淋病奈瑟菌的清除率更为明显。两组均未发生严重不良反应,然而试验组发生不良反应的几率更低。结论妇科感染患者注射用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合奥硝唑疗效和安全性上较优于单用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium combining with ornidazole on gyneco- logical infections, and monitor the adverse reactions of combined medication, so as to guide the rational clinical treatment. Methods Three hundred and fifty - four patients with gynecologic infections were selected from the hospital, including 153 ca- ses in test group, 201 cases in control group. The test group was treated with combined injection of cefoperazone sulbactam sodi- um and ornidazole. In test group, moderate infection cases were treated with 500 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection containing 1.5 g cefoperazone sulbactam sodium intravenously per time, three times a day, while those severe infection cases were treated with 500 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection containing 3.0 g cefoperazone sulbactam sodium per time, three times a day; In addition, both the moderate infection cases and severe infection cases were given ornidazole 0.2 g intravenously once a day. However, only cefoperazone sulbactam sodium was given in the control group. The course of treatment was set at 3 d - 14 d. Results The total effective rate of test group （89.29%, 139/174） was significantly higher than the control group （76.37%, 151/202）, while in the bacterial clearance rate, the test group （88.24%） was significantly higher than the control group （79.77%）, especially the clearance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabilis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae in test group was more obvious. No serious adverse reactions was found in two groups. However, compared to the control group, the test group had lower adverse reactions incidence. Conclusion The injection of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium combining with ornidazole is better than cefoperazone sulbactam sodium alone in the treatment of gynecological infections, without obvious adverse reactions.
