摘要
目的:观察应用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏(商品名喜辽妥)联合丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗乳腺癌术后放疗患者放射性皮炎的有效性。方法:乳腺癌术后放疗致放射性皮炎患者98例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组65例,联合应用外涂喜辽妥乳膏及丁酸氢化可的松软膏;对照组33例,仅局部外涂丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗。观察比较两组治疗有效性。结果:治疗组有效率92.3%,对照组有效率72.7%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:喜辽妥联合丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗乳腺癌术后放射性皮炎效果良好,应用方便安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of mucopolysachatide polysulfate cream and hydrocortisone butyrate ointment in the treatment of radiation dermatitis in patients with breast cancer. Methods： Ninety-eight breast cancer patients with radiation dermatitis after radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （65 cases） and control group （33 cases）. The treatment group were treated with mucopolysacharide polyslfate cream combined with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment, the control group were given hydrocortisone butyrate ointment only. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3% and that of the control group was 72.7%. The treatment group had better therapeutic effect than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Mucopolysacharide polysulfate cream combined with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment for radiation dermatitis has good therapeutic effect. It is safe and convenient to use, and worthy of clinical applieation.
