摘要
提出非计算机专业计算机基础教学改革和建设的思路、新的课程体系和层次教学模式 ,并强调教材规划与建设、实践环节、教学机构的重要性。
This paper puts forward the idea, the new course system and the level teaching model concerning computer basic teaching reform and development for non computer major. It also emphasizes the importance of teaching material planning, practice and teaching organization.
