摘要
目的了解高校教师中40岁以上人群糖代谢异常的发生率。方法调查了2012年成都市某高校1 934名年龄≥40岁的教师血糖值。结果高校教师中空腹血糖受损(impaired fasting blood glucose IFG)患病率为32.3%,糖尿病(diabetes mellitus DM)患病率为12.9%,均有随年龄和时间增长的趋势,高于既往研究,且50岁以后是IFG高发年龄(P<0.05),60岁以后是DM高发年龄(P<0.05),不同性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高校教师中糖代谢异常的高患病率值得我们重视,尤其对IFG人群的干预。
Objective To understand the prevalence rates of IFG and DM in 40 years-old university teachers. Methods A total of 1 934 teachers aged over 40 years were surveyed and their mples were tested for fasting blood glucose （FBG） in 2012. Results The proportions of IFG and DM were significantly increased with age and time （32.3% and 12.9%, respectively） in those aged over 40 years. The high-incidence age periods of IFG and DM were over 50 and 60 years （ P 〈 0.05 ）, respectively （ P 〈 0.05）, and there was no significant difference between the male and female （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The prevalence rates of IFG and DM remain higher in the university teachers; therefore, it is necessary to improve the prevention and care especially in IFG population.
