摘要
随着玉米纸筒钵苗移栽技术在黑龙江省内逐渐推广应用,研制一种水冲培土代替机械覆土镇压的钵苗移栽机械技术尤为必要。试验研究设计一种挠盘式移栽机,并对其工作原理、关键工作部件钵苗送苗机构和挠性圆盘栽植器进行设计和分析。根据农艺要求,设计水冲式培土器和回土铲。田间试验结果表明,该机可以实现玉米纸筒苗移栽、滤水、覆土等作业,满足农艺要求,可为移栽技术应用提供参考。
The agronomic technology of corn pot seedling transplanting is in pilot extension phase in Heilongjiang Province in recent years, according to the agronomic requirements, one kind of semi-automatic corn paper-pot seedling transplanting machine which works in a water-washed hilling way instead of the soil-covering press way to transplant seedling uprightly has been developed. Learning from the working principle of flexible disc transplanter, the key components of seedling feeding mechanism and planting disk apparatus on transplanting machine was new designed. In order to ensure qualification rate of upright degree, water carriage type of hiller and covering blade was designed, and the prototype was manufactured and field trails were conducted, which would provide reference for the follow-up study to further improvement of the design.
