高血压患者服药依从性的影响因素 被引量：10

摘要 综述有关高血压服药依从性的相关文献,显示高血压患者的服药依从性与年龄、性别、文化程度、经济状况及高血压的疾病特征等相关.患病时间的长短、日均服药次数、服药时间、种类、药物不良反应、药物价格、高血压知识知晓程度、门诊随访时间以及心理状态、医患关系等均影响着服药依从性.根据可调控的药物、患者、医院相关因素制定相应治疗方案,可提高服药依从性.
