摘要
目的观察炎宁喷雾剂的抗炎、抑菌作用。方法采用二甲苯引起小鼠耳缘肿胀与角叉菜引起的大鼠足跖肿胀试验方法,考察炎宁喷雾剂对小鼠的耳缘肿胀率和大鼠足跖肿胀率影响;采用体外抑菌试验,观察炎宁喷雾剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、消化道链球菌、变形杆菌、淋病双球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌等的抑制作用。结果炎宁喷雾剂能降低小鼠二甲苯引起的小鼠耳缘肿胀率,抑制由角叉菜引起的大鼠足跖肿胀;体外抑菌试验表明:炎宁喷雾剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、消化道链球菌、变形杆菌、淋病双球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌均有一定程度的抑制作用。其中对金黄色葡萄球菌、消化道链球菌、变形杆菌、淋病双球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌的药物最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为1∶16,1∶16,1∶1,1∶8,1∶1,1∶4(mg/mL)。结论炎宁喷雾剂具有一定的抗炎与抑菌作用。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and bacteriostasis effects of Yanning spray by experiments Methods Two inflammatory models including the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice, carrageenan-induced foot acute inflammatory edema in rat were adopted to evaluate the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice. The inhabitation effect of Yanning spray on staphylococcus aureus, gastrointestinal streptococcus, proteusbacillus, Neisseria gonorrhea, escherichia coli and candida albicans was observed through in vitro bacteriostasis experiment. Results Yanning spray could reduce the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice and restrain the edema of paw induced by carrageen in rats. The drug was significant active against staphylococcus aureus, gastrointestinal streptococcus, proteusbacillus, neisseria gonorrhea, escherichia coli and candida albicans in the in vitro experiments. The MIC to staphylococcus aureus, gastrointestinal streptococcus, proteusbacillus, neisseria gonorrhea, escherichia coli and candida albicans was 1: 16, 1: 16, 1: 1, 1:8, 1: 1, 1:4, respectively. Conclusion Yanning spray has significant anti-inflammatory and bacteriostasis effects.
