摘要
提出采用柴油机微粒袋滤器为柴油机排气再循环提供干净再循环气体的方法 ,在 1 1 1 0型直喷式柴油机实验台上进行了用排气再循环 (EGR)降低柴油机氮氧化物 (NOx)的研究工作。结果表明 :采用 EGR方法能够十分有效地降低柴油机 NOx 的排放浓度 ,NOx 的降低率可达到 5 0 %~ 6 0 %。发动机处于中、小负荷工况时 ,采用EGR方法的效果十分显著 ,当 EGR率为 30 %左右时 ,发动机的排放及综合性能比较好 ;若用较大的 EGR率 (5 0 %左右 ) ,效果更加明显 ,但发动机经济性明显恶化。发动机在大负荷工况工作时 ,不宜采用 EGR,因为此时发动机的经济性明显下降 (油耗升高率 >2 % ) ;若发动机的性能允许 ,也只能采用较小的 EGR率 (<1 0 % )
This paper presents a new way to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxide from a diesel engine by exhaust gas recirculation (EGR). Using the exhaust gas cleaned by a high efficiency bag filter as EGR gas, a 1110 DI diesel test bed was set up and the performance tests were made. The results showed that the EGR could be used as an effective way to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxide by 50%~60% with a little economy penalty. When the engine worked at low or moderate load, 25 to 30 percent of the EGR rate had a good performance both in engine economy and NO x emissions. Larger EGR rate had a higher nitrogen oxide reduction efficiency, but the engine economy was obviously depressed. At heavy load the engine economy decreased sharply and no EGR or little EGR rate would be applied.
