血小板黏附受体GPIb-IX-V介导的信号通路研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 血小板在生理性止血和病理性血栓形成中起关键作用。血小板黏附受体GPIb-IX-V复合物能与血管性血友病因子(VWF)、P-选择素、凝血酶等结合,在血小板血栓形成的起始阶段和凝血过程中起重要作用。磷脂酶C(PLC)、磷脂酶A2(PLA2)、14-3-3ζ蛋白、细胞骨架等参与GPIb-IX-V介导的信号通路,现就GPIb-IX-V复合物介导的信号通路作一综述。
