摘要
众所周知,我国的房地产市场发展很不均衡。区域分割明显,究其原因,主要是房地产市场调节失灵,信息不对称。本文以房地产市场评价理论为研究基础,就如何解决房地产市场失灵和信息不对称问题,建立和谐稳定的市场秩序,提出了自己的观点。
As we all know, China's real estate market is very imbalance and its region segmentation is apparent. The main reason is the regulation failure of real estate market and asymmetric information. In this paper, based on theory of the real estate market evaluation, the views on how to solve the market failure and information asymmetry problem and create a harmonious and stable market order are put forward.
