摘要
详细论述了用涡流传感器检测旋转机械转轴振动中的偏摆 ( Runout)问题 ,并提出了在时域完全去除偏摆的方法 ,弥补了目前去除偏摆方法的缺陷 ,且便于实现。文中还给出了相应的试验数据和结果 ,指出了面临的问题和解决的方向 ,作者已在开发的振动检测、分析、诊断和动平衡系统中成功采用了这项技术。
In this paper, the Runout problem in vibration signal measuring by electric eddy sensors is described in detail. A net treatment method of separating Runout from the vibraion signal in time domain is presented. This technique can be used in practice and is advanced of others before. The test data and results are presented too. In the same time, the unsolved problems are pointed out, which are valuable in further research. This technique has been used in the vibration measuring, analysis, diagnosis and balance system developed by authors.
