摘要
目的 :探讨原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤中bcl 2蛋白的表达情况及bcl 2蛋白阳性表达与CD5 6表达的相关性。方法 :应用免疫组织化学S P方法对 2 1例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤组织中bcl 2蛋白和CD5 6进行检测。结果 :2 1例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤中 17例bcl 2蛋白表达阳性 (81 0 % ) ,阳性瘤细胞多呈弥漫分布 ,以中心细胞样细胞表达为主。 2 1例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤中仅有 3例CD5 6阳性 ,阳性瘤细胞呈小灶性或散在分布 ,阳性表达细胞均为中心母细胞。结论 :原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤中bcl 2蛋白有较高的表达率 ,提示由bcl 2基因产物介导的细胞凋亡障碍与中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的发生有关 ;而原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤亦有CD5 6的表达 。
Purpose To inquire into the expression of bcl 2 protein in primary central neural system(CNS) lymphoma and its relationship with CD56. Methods The bcl 2 protein and CD56 in 21 cases of primary CNS lymphoma were detected by the immunohistochemical method. Results 17 out of 21 cases of primary CNS lymphoma expressed bcl 2 protein (81 0%). The positive neoplastic cells were distributed all over the area, which are mainly centrocyte like cells. And only 3 out of 21 cases of primary CNS lymphoma expressed CD56. The positive neoplastic cells were piled up or distributed scattered, which were centroblastic cells. Conclusions Primary CNS lymphoma expresses bcl 2 protein remarkably, which suggests that dysfunction of apoptosis directed by the production of bcl 2 is related to the pathogenesis of primary CNS lymphoma. But CD56 may promote the diffuse infiltration of lymphoma.
