摘要
以华中科技大学仪器设备竞价网运行的实践,对目前流行的网上竞价采购行为进行了研究,主要从网上竞价所涉及的要素及其相互关系入手,较为详细地分析了常见风险,并就其如何防范风险进行了初步探讨。
This paper studies the current online purchasing behavior based on the practice of online-bidding system for the instruments and equipment Of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Starting from the major factor＇S involved in online-bidding and the relationship, a detailed analysis over the various risks and the ways to reduce the rigks＇is made. .
