摘要
精密卧式加工中心立柱-主轴系统的热态特性对机床加工精度和稳定性具有重要影响。针对HTM6380卧式加工中心立柱-主轴系统的结构特征,通过对立柱-主轴系统的主要热源发热量及边界条件的分析计算,建立了精密卧式加工中心立柱-主轴系统的温度场模型并进行了实验验证。通过分析立柱-主轴系统的热变形状态,得出了影响系统精度的主要部位,为后续进行精密卧式加工中心热特性优化设计奠定了基础。
Thermal stability of the column-spindle system has important influence on the CNC machining accuracy including Machining Center.To research the Thermal Characteristics of column-spindle system is of great significance.Based on the main heat source' s calorific value and boundary conditions of the columnspindle system in the paper,the finite element models of the system is built,and the temperature field of the column-spindle system is corrected and confirmed.The thermal deformation of the system is analyzed,and the important assembly affecting the machining accuracy is achieved,it is the basis of calculating heat deformation and optimal design of thermal characteristic.
