摘要
由于气动轴承在工作中产生大量的热量,从而对轴承的性能产生显著影响,因此与其他类型的轴承相比,气动轴承温度场的分析显得尤为重要.建立了悬臂型气动轴承气膜的温度场模型,将温度场的影响引入轴承静特性计算程序,得到了轴承工作区内的温度分布.
When the gas bearing is working,it will generate a lot of heat due to its high rotational speed,so the analysis of temperature field for gas bearing seems much more important than that of any other types of bearings.In this paper,we established the temperature field model of aerodynamic bearing,and calculated its static characteristics with the impact of temperature.Finally,we got the temperature distribution of aerodynamic bearing in workspace.
