摘要
以氧化镁和氯化镁为主要原料合成菱镁保温板,为研究养护温度和时间的影响,利用抗压强度、抗折强度、导热系数、体积吸水率等技术对菱镁保温板进行分析.结果表明,养护温度为20℃时,菱镁保温板的导热系数最低;温度为25℃时,其抗压强度最大,体积吸水率最低;30℃时,其抗折强度最大;在25℃养护温度下3d强度可达到28 d强度的63%~65%.菱镁保温板的合适养护温度为20~25℃.
In order to study effect of the curing temperature and time,the magnesite insulation board was synthesized from magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride.The products were charactered with compressive strength,bending strength,thermal conductivity,volume water absorption.The results showed the thermal conductivity of magnesite insulation board was minimum at the curing temperature of 20 ℃.The sample had the maximum compressive strength and lowest volume water absorption at 25 ℃.The bending strength was maximum at 30℃.The strength of magnesite insulation board at 25 ℃ for 3 days can reach 63% ~ 65% of 28 days.The suitable curing temperature of magnesiteinsulation board was 20~25 ℃.
