仓顶无动力通风架空隔热实仓应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用CFD软件建立架空隔热层与高大平房仓仓顶之间空气区域的温度场和速度场的数学模型,经仿真模拟研究,确定了仓顶架空高度240 mm,在荷载核算并经原仓房设计单位认可后,在高大平房仓的仓顶架设浅色PVC空腹结构型材,开展了仓顶无动力通风架空隔热实仓应用研究。研究结果表明:使用架空隔热层后,在夏季高温时段,粮仓仓顶温度比未架空隔热前可下降22℃左右;在夏季可将仓温降低4℃左右,使用普通空调可将仓温控制在20℃,同时空调运行能耗可降低20%;仓顶PVC空腹结构型材架空有效降低了粮仓仓温,节约了夏季空调的运行能耗,为低温储粮的实现创造了良好的条件。 CFD software was used to establish the mathematical model of temperature field and velocity field in the air area between the overhead insulation layer and the roof of the tall bungalow,through the simulation and research,the height of the roof was determined to be 240 mm,after the load calculation and approval by the original design unit of the bungalow,light color PVC hollow structure profiles were erected on the roof of the tall bungalow,the application research of overhead insulation with unpowered ventilation on the roof of silo was carried out.The results showed that the temperature of granary roof could be reduced by about 22℃in summer after the overhead insulation layer was used;In summer can reduce the warehouse temperature by about 4℃,the warehouse temperature could be reduced by 4℃in summer,and the using of ordinary air conditioners could control the warehouse temperature at 20℃,and the energy consumption of air conditioners could be reduced by 20%;The overhead of PVC hollow structure profile on the roof of the warehouse effectively reduced the temperature,saved the energy consumption of air conditioners in summer,and created a good condition for the realization of low-temperature grain storage.
