摘要
民国时期职业教育把对学生的训育放在整个学校工作十分重要的位置。民国政府制定、颁布了多项规定和文件,对训育工作提出明确目标、要求和措施,以保障训育的质量和效果;职业教育界开展了深入的研究和探索,采取多种训育方式,使学生获得正常发展,陶养健全之人格;在训育过程中,不仅开设系统的训育课程,而且在日常管理中引导学生主动参与,开展自治,并给予积极指导,对当今职业教育的学生教育与管理有一定的借鉴意义。
Vocational education in the Republic of China put moral education for students on fundamental position of the whole school work and regards it as the responsibility and mission of vocational education. The government of the republic of China issued several regulations and documents, which put forward clear objectives, requirements and measures for moral education to ensure the quality and effect of moral education. Vocational education circles carried out in-depth research and exploring and adopt a variety of moral education modes, aiming to make students develop normally and cultivate students' healthy personality. Besides, in the teaching process, the systematic moral education courses were set up and students were guided to actively participate in daily management, which has certain reference for students' education and management of current vocational educaiton.
