摘要
以羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷和α-溴代异丁酰溴为原料,制备了双官能度Br-PDMS-Br,并以此为大分子引发剂,CuCl和2,2′-联吡啶为催化剂,通过原子转移自由基聚合制备了聚硅氧烷-聚苯乙烯-KH570(PDMS/PS/KH570)线型聚合物,并进一步生成PDMS/PS交联聚合物,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR),差式扫描量热仪(DSC),热失重分析仪(TGA)及溶胀试验对聚合物进行了表征与测试。结果表明该交联聚合物具有较好的热稳定性和对甲苯的溶胀率达到286%。
Polydimethylsiloxane/polystyrene(PDMS/PS) crosslinking polymers had been synthesized by atom trans- fer radical polymerization(ATRP). Br-PDMS-Br was served as macroinitiator obtained by the reaction of polydimethylsilox- ane and mbromoisobutyryl bromide and CuC1/2,2'-bipyridine as catalyst. The products had been characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) and swelling ex- periment. The results showed that the PDMS/PS crosslinking polymer possessed thermal stability, and the swelling rate of toluene reached to 286%.
