缩合、电化学氧化和生化组合工艺处理酚醛废水 被引量:2

THE COMBINED PROCESS BY SECONDARY CONDENSATION,ELECTROCHEMICAL OXIDATION AND BIOCHEMICAL TREATMENT FOR PHENOLIC RESIN WASTEWATER

摘要 酚醛树脂生产废水有机物浓度高、废水的毒性高、生物可降解性差,特别含有酚醛类化合物,对生化细菌有强的抑制作用和毒害作用,直接采用生化处理难以运行,必须辅以物理和化学的方法预处理,才能进行生化处理。通过对两个废水处理工艺方案:树脂吸附、电化学氧化和生化组合工艺,二次缩合、电化学氧化和生化组合工艺进行全面技术经济比较,推荐废水处理工艺采用二次缩合、电化学氧化和生化处理组合工艺实施工程,取得较好经济效益和环境效益。 Phenolic resin production wastewater which has high concentrated organic substances, great toxicity and poor biodegradability, in particular, containing phenolic aldehyde compounds is strongly inhibiting and poisoning the biochemical bacterial. It is difficult to run directly by biochemical treatment, so it must be supplemented by physical and chemical pretreatment method. Through comprehensive technical and economic comparison of two wastewater treatment processes: the combined process of resin adsorption, electrochemical oxidation and biochemical treatment and the combined process of secondary condensation, electrochemical oxidation and biochemical treatment, the combined process of secondary condensation, electrochemical oxidation and biochemical treatment to treat wastewater was recommended with better economic and environmental benefit.
