摘要
丙烯酸生产工艺废水具有有机污染物含量高、甲醛浓度高、可生化性差、具有生物毒性等特点,严重影响生物处理系统运行。为降低丙烯酸生产工艺废水对生物处理系统的毒性,本工程采用了石灰缩聚破甲醛工艺技术对丙烯酸生产工艺废水进行预处理。介绍了项目工艺参数及运行效果,工程运行结果表明:石灰缩聚破甲醛预处理单元进水甲醛浓度为10000~15000 mg/L,出水甲醛浓度为10~20 mg/L,甲醛去除率达到99%以上;装置各项指标均达到设计要求,后续污水生化处理系统出水水质达到国家《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962—2015)指标。
Acrylic acid production process wastewater has the characteristics of high content of organic pollutants,poor biodegradability and biological toxicity,which seriously affects the operation of biological treatment system.In order to reduce the toxicity of acrylic acid production process wastewater to a biochemical system,this project adopts lime polycondensation formaldehyde breaking technology to pretreat acrylic acid production process wastewater.The engineering operation results showed that the influent formaldehyde concentration of lime polycondensation formaldehyde-breaking pretreatment unit was 10000~15000 mg/L,and the effluent formaldehyde concentration was 10~20 mg/L,all indexes of the unit met the design requirements,and the effluent quality of the subsequent sewage biochemical treatment system has reached the national water quality standard of sewage discharged into urban sewers(GB/T 31962-2015).
