摘要
为了解决自动气象站蒸发传感器的电信号故障排除问题,对自动气象站蒸发传感器电信号进行了分析和研究,设计出一种模拟电信号校准系统,该系统以电流变送器XTR116、高精度AD/DA转换器和单片机MSP430为核心,采用软硬件校准相结合的方法,设计了软件程序和硬件电路。实验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,可靠性高,测量精度可达0.9%,可用于对自动气象站蒸发传感器输出电流信号的准确校准。
In orderto solve weather station,a kind of electrical signal problems of the evaporation sensor existed in the automatic analog signal calibration system is designed by means of the analysis and research of evaporation sensor signals of the automatic weather station. Based on the current transmitter XTR116,high precision AD/DA converter and the MSP430 CPU as the core, the software program and hardware circuit are developed adopting with the comprehensive measure of software and hardware calibration. The experimental results show that the system is stability and high reliability, and measurement accuracy can reach 0.9 %, which can be used for accurate calibration of evaporation sensor's current signal output in automatic weather station.
