摘要
介绍一种基于V/F转换实现的对多路pH值进行自控的系统,主要应用于工业污水处理环节.该系统以AT89C51作为核心控制部件,采用V/F转换方法实现模数转换,使用C51语言作为编程工具,因其具有良好的结构性和模块化,为编程带来方便.由于在设计中对软硬件考虑的比较全面,使其具有线性度好,操作简单,造价低廉等特点.
This paper is based on V/F converter to achieve multi-channel pH self-control system,which mainly is used in industrial wastewater treatment sectors.The system applies AT89C51 as the core control unit,using V/F conversion method to achieve analog-digital conversion,making use of language as a programming tool,because of their excellent structural and modular,for programming convenience.In the design of the hardware and software to consider a more comprehensive,so that it has a good linearity,simple operation and low cost and so on.
