摘要
茶叶中稀土元素含量与茶产品质量安全密切相关.采用ICP-MS分析了贵州地区144个绿茶样品中16种稀土元素含量特征.结果表明,所检绿茶样品均含有稀土元素,含量范围为0.072~16.994 mg/kg,轻稀土(∑LREEs)含量为0.057~15.677 mg/kg,重稀土(∑HREEs)为0.015~3.102 mg/kg.稀土元素以轻稀土镧、铈、钕、钇和钪为主,平均含量以镧最高.5种元素含量比例占稀土总量的86.5%.GB/T 5009.94-2003规定的茶叶稀土总量(∑REEss)与GB 5009.94-2012所得的稀土总量(∑REEs16)呈显著正相关,依据GB 5009.94-2012所得样品不合格率增加了3.5%.其研究结果为了解贵州绿茶稀土含量特征提供了基础数据.
Rare earth elements(REEs) are critical to the safety of tea. In this study, characteristics and contents of 16 types of rare earth elements in Guizhou green tea were studied by ICP-MS. The result showed that REEs were detected in all 144 samples, with the range of 0.072-16.994 mg/kg. Light REEs were the main component, ranging 0.057-15.677 mg/kg, while heavy REEs only ranged from 0.015 to 3.102 mg/kg. La, Ce, Nd, Y, Sc were the main elements among 16 REEs, all to- gether accounting for 86.5%, the relationship of these elements being La〉Ce〉Nd〉Y〉Sc. Amount of REEs in tea samples that specified by GB/T 5009.94-2003 and GB 5009.94-2012 showed a significant linear correlation (R2=0.982 5), but the quali- fied percent decreased by 3.5% by the latter specifications. This provided basic data to understand the characteristics of REEs in Guizhou green tea.
