摘要
采用微波消解法对雷公藤进行消解制样,用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定了其常量及微量元素,并研究了常量及微量元素的含量特征。方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)<9%,回收率在90.0%—103.0%之间。结果表明,中药雷公藤中含有比较丰富的K、Ca、Fe、Mg、Mn、Zn等元素,对人体有害的微量元素Pb、Cd、As、Ag的含量甚微或未检出。雷公藤中Zn/Cu值为3—4.5,与肝癌患者血清中Cu高Zn低的现象相反,可能有助于调节患者体内Zn、Cu平衡而发挥抗肿瘤效果。用ICP-MS测定雷公藤中常量及微量元素的方法对评价其药用价值和了解其药理作用具有重要的意义。
The constant and trace elements were determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),after Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.was digested by microwave digestion,and the characteristics of content for constant and trace elements were investigated.The RSD for the method was less than 9%,and the recovery of all elements were in the range of 90.0%—103.0%.The traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.were abundant in the K,Ca,Fe,Mg,Mn,Zn et al.The contents of harmful trace elements such as Pb,Cd,As and Ag were very low or not checked out.The ratio of the content of Zn to that of Cu was about 3—4.5,which was opposite to the result of serum in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma,that may be helpful to regulate the content of Zn,Cu in patient body and improve the anti-tumor effect.The method for the determination of trace elements in the Chinese medicine is great significance to assess the medicinal value and understand pharmacological action of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.by ICP-MS.
