摘要
通过漳州LNG项目取海水系统的水工模型试验研究,分析该取水工程进水流道漩涡产生机理,提出改善进水流道水流流态(防止漩涡)的不同措施,研究治理漩涡的不同优化方案。采取治理措施后各工况条件下,流道内水流均匀,无有害漩涡产生,机组运行平稳,从而提高了泵站效率和保持安全经济运行,为类似工程提供参考。
According to the hydraulic model test research of the pump station for LNG Project in Zhangzhou, the mechanism of eddy in the pump flow of the project are analyzed, improve flow pattern measures in pump flow are proposed, and different optimization plan of elimination eddy are re- searched. Through the use of many of rectification measures, improve the flow uniformity in the suc- tion chamber, making the flow uniform, stable and vortex in the suction chamber; ensure the safe op- eration and efficient work of pumps.
