摘要
针对某水电站在前期研究中进水口出现间歇性吸气旋涡,本文对进水口修改后的水流流态进行了研究。计算采用κ-ε紊流模型模拟原型比尺的进水口流场,并与按重力相似准则设计的1:50的模型试验进行了对比分析,结果表明:修改后进水口前缘仅存在表面回流,速度环量在回流区从外到内衰减较快,不具备形成立轴旋涡的条件;喇叭形进口段的水流顺畅、进水匀称。本文的研究结果可应用于相关工程。
As the intermittent air-entraining vortex occurs in the intake of the hydroelectric station, the intake is improved. The flow pattern in the modified intake is researched in this paper. The flow field of the prototype intake is simulated with the κ-ε turhulence model. The results of calculation and the 1 :50 scale model test basing on gravitation similarity criterion are contrasted. It shows that the backflow only exists in the water surface near the intake after modification. The velocity cir culation decreases quickly from periphery to the center in the backflow region. So the vertical vortex can't occur. The flow is smooth and symmetric inside the bellmouth. The research result can be applied to relatied projects.
