摘要
目的:建立测定加味水陆丸中金丝桃苷含量的方法。方法:采用DIONEX-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈:0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:360 nm。结果:金丝桃苷在4.0-80.0μg/mL浓度范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为97.6%,RSD%=1.26%。结论:本方法简便,快速,准确,重复性好,可用于加味水陆丸中金丝桃苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Hyperoside in Jiawei Shuilu wan. Methods: The HPLC system consisted of the DIONEX-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(10) - 0.1% H2PO4 (90); the flow rate was 1.0 mL'min-I; the column temperature was 30℃; The UV detector was set at 360 nm. Results: The linear response range was 4.0-80.0 μg/mL(r=0.9998). The average recovery of hyperoside was 97.6%, and RSD% =1.26%. Conclusions: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of Hyperoside in Jiawei Shuilu wan.
