摘要
目的:通过分析我院2010-2012年中药注射剂的使用情况,总结合理使用中药注射剂的注意事项。方法:采用DDD分析法,统计分析我院中药注射剂使用的规律、存在问题,分析解决办法。结果:不按说明书使用、超剂量、错误的溶媒、快速滴注等是中药注射剂产生不良反应的原因。结论:合理使用中药注射剂是减少ADR发生的关键,需要医、药、护的共同努力。
Objective： To summarize the matters needing attention of the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in- jection by analysis of the use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital from 2010 to 2012. Methods： The ap- plication rules, problems and solution of Chinese medicine injection were analyzed by DDD analysis. Results： The causes for adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections were Contrary to instructions, over dose, wrong solvent and rapid infusion et al. Conclusion： Rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection is the key to reduce the occurrence of ADR, which requires the joint efforts of doctors, pharmacists, nurses.
