摘要
桑叶含有多种功能性成分,如矿物质、维生素、食物纤维、氨基酸、植物甾醇、生物碱、黄酮、多糖等。文章总结出桑叶作为药用资源的降糖有效部位,且论述了其有效部位在糖尿病方面的作用。桑叶是一种优良的降糖中药材,其生物碱、黄酮和多糖具有重要的降糖活性,对于其进一步深层的研究具有重要的科学和临床价值。目前国内外对桑叶降糖作用的研究大多局限于桑叶的单个单体或者桑叶的单个有效部位的药理分子机制的研究,其对于桑叶总降糖活性成分的化学和药理分子机制研究尚不够深入,且缺乏系统的报道。因此,接下来还需做进一步研究以全面评价桑叶的降血糖活性。
This article focused on the research progress of the hypoglycemic effective parts and hypoglycemic activity of mulberry leaves. Through consulting a large number of literatures, hypoglycemic effective parts of mulberry leaves and its research progress of hypoglycemic activity were reviewed. Summed up the mulberry leaves as hypoglycemic effective parts of medicinal resources, and discussed the effective parts in the role of the diabetes. Mulberry leaves were excellent hypoglycemic herbs, its alkaloids, flavonoids and polysaccharide have a significant hypoglycemic activity, and for the further research has an important scientific and clinical value.
