摘要
目的研究大黄苷元滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法采用正交试验法以滴丸的丸重差异、溶散时限、圆整度为评价指标优选滴丸成型的药液温度、滴头内径、滴距、滴速的工艺条件。结果在大黄苷元与基质的配比为1∶3,滴制温度为75℃,滴速40滴/min,滴距3cm时,滴丸成型性最好。结论该工艺可行,评价指标合理,符合2010年版《中国药典》对滴丸制剂的要求。
Objective To study the best preparation technology of Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei dropping pill. Methods Orthogonal design was performed to select the temperature of drug internal diameter of burette dripping distance and dripping speed. The weight variation resolving time and grain roundness were used as criteria in the best dripping condition. Results The optimal technical conditions were as follows: the ratio of Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei to matrix was 1:3 ;the dripping temperature was 75℃ ;the dripping speed was 40 drops per minute and the dripping distance was 3cm. Conclusion The technology is feasible and the evaluation indexes were reasonable and it can meet the requirement for dripping pill specified in China Pharmacopeia(2010Edition).
