摘要
目的观察春泽汤加减治疗高尿酸血症的疗效.方法将80例高尿酸血症患者随机分为两组.其中治疗组40例,采用春泽汤加减治疗。对照组40例,口服别嘌醇片治疗,两组均以6周为1疗程,主要观察治疗前后及停药3月,6月后血清尿酸值变化。结果两组比较,治疗组总有效率90.5%明显高于对照组的65%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论春泽汤加减治疗高尿酸血症作用持久,疗效较佳,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chunze decoction treating hyperuricemia for 40 cases. Methods 80 hyperuricemia patients were randomly divided into treatment group（40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, the treatment group received the Chunze decoction, the con- trol group received AJlopurin oral. Two groups were treated for 6 weeks,and the levels of serum uric acid were observed before and after treat- ment ,3 months and 6 months after stopping treatment. Results Two groups were compared, the total effective rate in the treatment group （90.5 % ）was superior to that in control group（65 %）. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Chunze decoction had a good effect for hyperuricemia patients, this is worth further application.
