摘要
近年来,持续的雾霾天气不仅给公众带来了谈"霾"色变的群体性心理恐慌,而且给我国生态文明建设造成了严重阻碍。揭开"雾霾"的面纱,隐藏在"雾霾"事件背后的秘密是一场人类与自然之间事关生存与发展的利益博弈。在我国以往的经济发展中,由于缺乏科学的认识和合理的规划,自然观在认识与实践、宏观与微观、集体与个体三对基本范畴中发生了错位。在生态文明建设过程中,自然观的理性回归需要做到认识与实践相统一、宏观与微观相结合、集体与个体相均衡。在"绿色话语"下重构生态文明建设中的自然观,自然观与发展观的对接是前提,冲突解决机制的运行是必需,法律制度的完善是保障。
In recent years,the persistent haze weather not only brought about group psychological panic at the mention of“haze”,but also impeded seriously the ecological civilization construction in our country.Drawing the mysterious evil o-ver“haze”,the secret behind“haze episode”is a benefit game on survival and development between human and nature. In the past economic development of our country,because of the lack of scientific understanding and reasonable plan-ning,the view of nature was misplaced on the three essential categories of understanding and practice,macro and micro, and collective and individual.In the process of the ecological civilization construction in our country,the rational regress of the view of nature needs to unify understanding and practice,combine the macro and micro,and balance the collective and individual.To reconstruct the view of nature in our country ’s ecological civilization construction under “green words”,the connection between the view of nature and the view of development is the premise,the operation of the sys-tem of conflict resolution is the requisite,and the perfection of the legal system is the indemnity.
