摘要
Runt相关转录因子3(RUNX3)基因在胃癌中被发现以来便以抑癌基因的身份被国内外众多学者所关注,认为其可能是胃癌发生、发展相关基因中的关键性基因,此后在其他多种恶性肿瘤中也均有发现。并且,在多种肿瘤中RUNX3基因高甲基化能使其表达失活,尤其与胃癌的发生密切相关。去甲基化能使沉默的RUNX3重新表达恢复抑制肿瘤发生的功能。RUNX3基因为胃癌未来靶向治疗提供了一种新思路。
Since the gene RUNX3 was found as a tumor suppressor in gastric cancer, many domestic and foreign scholars became concerned that it might be one of the key factors of gastric cancer's development, which was also found in other malignant tumors recently. Studies have shown that hypermethylation of RUNX3 could inactivate the expression, which is especially closely related with gastric cancer. It was also believed that the demethylation would be able to re-express of silent RUNX3 and recover the function of tumor inhibition. The RUNX3 gene provide a new idea in the gastric cancer's future targeted therapy for the clinicians.
