摘要
华电国际邹县发电厂#5锅炉空气预热器部分控制设备损坏,造成间隙控制系统无法正常投用,增加了漏风,影响了锅炉效率。对扇形板间隙控制系统进行改造,将其纳入分散控制系统进行集中控制,改造后有效地控制了空气预热器的径向漏风问题。
A part of air preheater control equipments of boiler No. 5 in Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant was damaged,which caused that the gap control system can not be put into operation normally,the air leakage increased,and the boiler efficiency was affected. The fan-shaped plate gap control system was reformed and brought into DCS to realize centralized control. After the reformation,the radial air leakage of the air preheater had been controlled effectively.
