摘要
由于涡轮机匣和转子变形的不协调,需要对涡轮进行叶尖间隙控制,通过此技术可降低耗油率0.8%以上。本文针对民用航空发动机的涡轮叶尖间隙控制技术进行了介绍,包括其原理、分类、研究和应用现状以及发展趋势。重点介绍热力式涡轮叶尖间隙控制的研究和应用现状。结论认为,应在民用航空发动机研制中大力进行叶尖间隙控制技术的研究。
Clearance control system is necessary for civil turbofan engine because of the different deformation response for turbine cas-ing and rotor. This system can reduce the specific fuel consumption of engine above 0. 8%. This paper presents a review of clearance control concept, including fundamental, classification, current application status and future direction. Thermal control clearance con-trol system is introduced in detail. A conclusion is presented that clearance control should be a key technology for civil turbofan engine.
