摘要
煅烧实收率是煅烧工序的重要工艺参数之一,实收率高低也直接影响企业生产成本和经济效益。本文根据煅烧实收率计算公式,对影响煅烧实收率的各项因素进行了较为详细的分析,并提出了有效的应对措施。
The yieht rate of needle coke in calcination is one of the important process parameters, which directly iiffluences the cost and benefit of company. In this paper affecting factors by formula of the yield in rotary kiln during calcinations were analysized, and the effective improvement measures were put forward.
