摘要
主要介绍了山西华泽铝电有限公司从美国美卓矿业公司引进的Φ3.4m×67.06m回转窑的应用情况,分析了系统的结构特点、热工特点,同时将该系统与国内其他回转窑的煅烧工艺进行了分析对比,提出了改善煅烧工艺提高煅烧质量的措施。
This paper mainly introduced the application of the φ3.4m×67.06m carbon rotary kiln from American METSO in Shanxi Huaze Aluminum and Power Co. Ltd, analyzed the structural features and thermal characteristics of the rotary kiln and compared the calcination process control with others rotary kiln system. The measures which can improve the quality of caleinated coke by optimising the calcination process control were put forward.
