摘要
采用相关标准所提供的方法,对用于制作皮鞋的橡胶材料外底和聚合材料外底进行撕裂强度测试。结果显示,橡胶材料外底的撕裂强度与压延方向有关,横向的撕裂强度大于纵向的撕裂强度。此外,针对聚合材料外底撕裂强度的测试,标准并未详细描述。建议在以后的标准制修订中,对于橡胶材料外底鞋应明确试样的长度方向与压延、压出方向之间的关系;而对于聚合材料外底鞋的撕裂强度测试,应进一步明确试样的取样部位及测试要求,从而确保测试结果的可靠性、唯一性和可重复性。
Methods provided by related standards are adopted for tear strength test on rubber outsole material and PUR one.The result shows that the tearing strength of rubber materials used in outsoles was related to the calendaring direction, that is to say, the tearing strength in horizontal side is bigger than vertical side. To ensure the feasibility, uniqueness and repeatability of test results for safety footwear, following suggestions should be considered when amending the GB standard in the near future, for rubber outsole materials, the relationship between sample length and calendaring direction should be definite in the standard, for test of PUR outsole materials, clear definition of the position of sample and testing requirements for tearing strength should be described.
