摘要
以橡胶、TPR、PU、PVC和EVA五种常见的鞋底材料为研究对象,分别测试了材料的止滑性、减震性和耐磨性,并对五种不同底材之间的性能差异进行了分析对比。试验结果表明:五种底材的止滑性大小为:橡胶>TPR>PVC>PU>EVA;减震性大小为:EVA>TPR>PVC>PU>橡胶;耐磨性大小为:PU>橡胶>TPR>EVA>PVC。
Five kinds of common soles,such as rubber,TPR,PU,PVC and EVA were chosen.Their slip resistance,shocking absorption and abrasion resistance were tested.The performance differences among five kinds of soles were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the ranking order of slip resistance was rubber,TPR,PVC,PU and EVA.The ranking order of shocking absorption was EVA,TPR,PVC,PU and rubber.The ranking order of abrasion resistance was PU,rubber,TPR,EVA and PVC.
